Linda Mark has practiced immigration law for over 25 years and assisted clients world-wide in immigration matters. She is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada.
In 1974 Linda Mark graduated with a diploma in Creative Communications “journalism and commercial writing” from Red River Community College (Winnipeg, Canada). In 1987 she obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Manitoba (Winnipeg, Canada). Linda Mark has also studied at the University of Winnipeg (Winnipeg, Canada) and the University of Victoria in (Victoria, British Columbia, Canada). She was called to the bar by the Law Society of British Columbia and has practiced law continuously since 1988.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Linda Mark worked for 10 years in advertising, communications, promotion and management.
After being called to the bar in British Columbia, Linda Mark worked in Vancouver British Columbia with the tax department of Arthur Anderson, an international accounting firm. Linda Mark also practiced family law and criminal law, before engaging exclusively in the practice of immigration law. Practicing immigration law for over 25 years has given Linda Mark experience in most areas of Canadian Immigration law.
Throughout her career, Linda Mark has contributed to and participated in seminars, clinics, radio and television programs and various publications. She has acted as a principal technical consultant for the book "How to Move to Canada" by Terese Loeb Kreuzer, available on Amazon.com. Linda Mark has been consulted on immigration matters by various publications and media organizations, including the New York Times.
Linda Mark has travelled extensively and engaged in immigration matters related to over 150 different countries.
